{Upcycled} Propane Tank Jack-o-Lantern

I thought this upcycled propane tank jack-o-lantern would be a fun DIY idea... even though I did not DIM (do-it-myself ;).

I spotted this happy guy as we were driving home from the pumpkin patch the other day. There were several (each with a unique "face") on the steps of an antique shop.

I thought it was so clever, and I love that it is practically indestructible.
(A characteristic I have come to appreciate, having three growing boys at home!)

A little door with hinge is cut out in the back so that you can put a candle inside.

Cute, huh?! And I think the kiddos like having some
traditional orange pumpkins on the porch too. :)

Hope the week ahead is a great one for you.

Stop back in soon!

  3. Fun creative idea, my home started our propane and then to gas Lines were brought down to us, we had a monster of a tank, not sure what you would have been inspired to do with it and its size.

    Have a great week.
