~ bHome for Fall Home Tour ~

Welcome to our little farmstead as autumn leaves begin to fall...

In our home this season, autumn whites and woods meet pale shades of orange and green. Much of our fall decor is provided by nature.

I'm excited to be part of the "bHome for Fall Tour" and am so glad you stopped by! Links to the other home tours in today's lineup are at the end of the post.

{There's also a $250 Amazon gift card giveaway you're going to want to enter!}

With three growing boys and many animals, there is a lot of life and activity happening at our house! Simpler, seasonal decor helps create a peaceful backdrop to our full days.

I made some subtle changes in our family room for fall. Wheat and mini pumpkins replaced flowers in the hanging basket on the old farmhouse door. A thrifted galvanized bucket filled with pumpkins makes a simple and fun focal point.

 We upped the cozy factor with pillows and throws.

I swapped out a few of the white plates on the wall for baskets to add more texture.

Hops from our garden gave the "farm" garland a touch of nature.

In the dining room, we warmed up the mantel with vintage books, a lantern, oversized pinecone acorns and a simple jar of leafy branches...

A large basket filled with Spanish moss and pumpkins creates a centerpiece with staying power. (They'll far outlast fresh-cut flowers.) I used a stack of folded linens beneath the Spanish moss so that we didn't need 50 pounds of moss. (Just a little tip! :)

Antlers were used for rustic place card holders. We placed pinecones, that our youngest son collected, at each place setting. (Not to worry, should 58 unexpected guests arrive, we have plenty of pinecones! ;)

Thank you for visiting today!

{Don't forget about your chance to win a $250 Amazon gift card - details below.}

Please enjoy the rest of the tour featuring five other bHome bloggers today. (30 in all by the end of the week!) I can't wait to see how they all personalized their homes for fall...
