Our Farmhouse Christmas Porch...

Can you believe Christmas is less than a week away?!

Our house is full of life since our three sons are out of school on Christmas vacation. As I write, all three boys and two kittens are within a 10-foot radius of me. A cozy, relatively-quiet rarity that may never happen again, so I had to report it.  ;)

I found this snow shovel at a vintage market last month. We wondered if we put it out, if snow would come? And it worked!

The tall, old ladder has become a permanent feature on our porch. It's fun to light the candles in the mason jars before guests arrive. You can find similar mason jar candle holders at Michaels.

Having a wrap-around porch has been a little dream come true. Our porch is a bit on the narrow-side, but I wanted to create a small seating area. I did this by cornering off a wicker chair to the two-person bench. You can still walk by, so I think it works!

Here's a peek of the porch on a snowy day...

And these are the views from the porch...

Thank you for visiting today.

I hope your week is filled with the beauty of this special season...

Merry Christmas!

Xo
