Sundays at Home #156

Welcome Friends ~ How was your week? Lots of action round here as usual... I snapped the picture of our farmhouse above because the lighting moved me. There's just something about the bright colors of spring, from the brilliant green grass, cherry blossom white, to the sparkling blue sky. The feeling is only compounded on a sunny day after having the rainiest October through April in Seattle. Ever. Recorded. We're ready for you May!

Exciting news! Did you know our host Jennifer's magazine is coming back? The stunning Celebrating Everyday Life will be on newstands come September!!! Have a read of Jennifer's post below to get the back story on how this came to be ~ then be prepared to be wow'ed when you get a copy in your hands.

Congratulations Jennifer - we are all so proud of you!
We definitely have something to celebrate, so let's kick off the party!

Everyone is trying to eat better & healthier, but sometimes it is challenging. Lisa of Cooking with Curls does all the hard work for us serving up a recipe for her yummy Paleo Vanilla Wafers.
Not coyingly sweet, but they scratch the cookie itch just right.

Meg of Hello Farmhouse shares a terrific list of farmhouse garden favorites. Meg should know what flowers go beautifully with a farmhouse after all, she is restoring a beauty of a farmhouse.
Did you see my tour of her house? Click HERE for a visit.

We adore hanging botanicals and Marie Helene' of Kingsbury Brook Farm hung this one just right!
