A Country Home Tour {Painted Goodness}

Peaceful. Light. Charming. Sun-Kissed. Farmhouse.

Just a few of the words I would use to describe the beautiful home of Rene from Painted Goodness. Her collected furnishings provide a backdrop full of weathered personality. It's the perfect home tour to kick off the summer!

Grab a cup of something good to sip, sit back, and enjoy the tour...

Happy Spring!

I came across Linette's beautiful feed here on Instagram. I was drawn to the warmth of her home, the rustic farmhouse linens and the chippy painted pieces of furniture.

I asked her if she would be interested in doing a home tour for us.

A Farmhouse Christmas Home Tour

I hope you are doing well and enjoying the season so far!

 Today I'm sharing our Christmas home tour, where you'll see lots of white mixed with vintage and handmade Christmas decorations… Please come on in!

{The Family Room}

We hung the boys' advent buckets from the chicken nesting boxes.

(Here, we added a table for a dinner party.)

{The Living Room}

(Also added a table in here for the dinner party!)

{Little Christmas Touches Throughout the House}

In the kitchen, we added fresh mini wreaths on counter

 stools and cookie cutter garland across the windows.

Mini Christmas trees in our sons' rooms provide a glow of excitement!

A Country Home Tour {Our House}

Welcome!

We've lived here at our little farmstead for eight months now. Having three active boys, it's therapeutic to see pictures of our home, all put together. Rest assured, it doesn't always look this way (4 words: toys, shoes, dishes, laundry! :)

The pictures below are some of our favorites, taken from the three seasons we've lived here so far...
