A Garden Gate...

This vine-covered gate connects the front yard with the side/back yard where you'll find the raised vegetable beds and fire pit. I've been watching, day-by-day, as the vines made their way up the fence, then reached upwards. Finally, they locked "arms" and met in the middle. 

The bright green of new spring leaves is so cheerful - especially when Seattle skies are a cloudless blue! Oh man, do we appreciate the sunshine in the Pacific Northwest!

These white wisteria were a surprise! I'll admit, I thought wisteria only "came" in purple.
