Feature in Seattle Magazine...

A Growing Family Sets Up in a Maltby Farmhouse

This rural sanctuary has a vintage feel with modern amenities

Coffee- and tea-stained fabric-strip garlands on the dining room chandelier and mirror were made by the homeowner, Julie Thomas

It was such a fun and special experience for us to be included in the January issue of Seattle Magazine!

I was delighted that the article told of how our boys' love of spaghetti influenced one of our furnishing choices. We're keepin' it real people! :)

Another favorite part of mine was the one thing my husband really wanted our home to have and why...You have to read it to find out!

You can read the full article here

Thank you to all of the talented people at Seattle Magazine for the nice feature! We feel honored and blessed to be included in your publication.

And thank you for caring enough to read along.
I'm so glad you stopped by today!

Have a wonderful weekend...

  7. Living sometime in Wahington state myself as a teen, it's a place that has always rested comfortably in my heart.... I could so see myself living here, and being your neighbor. Of course I would drop in to barrow a cup of anything so I could snoop around up close and oh so personally.

It's a beautiful life you live, and your boys names are all so cute. I also raised my son and daughter on white, I rather see the dirt and stains then hide them in dark upholstery.

See you and your home of pale soon.

Love that entry way it steps you to greet and invites a cozy warmth.

    Xx
